Bethany is a Contemporary American Folk artist, and is available for church events, private and corporate events, as well as private lessons.
Writing and arranging most of her own music, she loves most to present to her small-town story of hope and faith in the grace of Christ.
An accomplished pianist with 15 years of experience, she loves performing at local venues in her hometown, St. Charles.
A skilled vocalist, Bethany has studied privately with local musicians and societies, and is heavily involved in the music ministry at her church, Zion Lutheran.
Bethany has had experience in choral conducting with the Choral Arts Singers, MCCA Whippersnappers, MCCA Synergy, SCCHE Kinder Choir, and church youth choirs. She currently owns and operates Little Hills Music along with her husband Matthew.
She instructs both children and adults in vocal technique, music theory and rhythm, and uses music that is simple enough for beginners, yet musically sound and fun to sing and listen to. Her passion is teaching students to develop the natural beauty and resonance of their own voice, and to be comfortable singing without imitation.
Bethany graduated in 2013 from Louisiana Baptist University with a BA in Communications and a Minor in Music. She continues to study to be better equipped at teaching and is pursuing a second music major degree.
